The stunning villa “Finca Can Tereu” is located in the countryside near Pollensa, Mallorca. It is surrounded by nature and impresses guests with its modern and elegantly-furnished interiors, as well as with its impressive outdoor area. The wheelchair accessible holiday home consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a kingsize bed, one with a queensize bed), as well as 4 modern bathrooms and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The generous outdoor area is undoubtedly one of the guests’ favourite features of the villa. The colourful trees and plants of the garden surround an elegant swimming pool where you can take a dip and relax while admiring the breathtaking panoramic views over the mountains. You will also find a spacious, partly-covered terrace with a lounge area, a dining table where you can share a delicious meal prepared in your own private barbecue, sun loungers and even a ping-pong table. Spend an unforgettable holiday in this wellness oasis! The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in Pollensa, just a 7-minute drive from the property (2.4km), while the closest beach, Platja de Can Cap Bou, is just a 15 minute drive away. The airport of the island is in Palma de Mallorca, about 60km away from the property (43 minutes driving).
