  • Este moderno departamento, situado en la primera planta, forma parte de un pequeño y acogedor complejo residencial en la histórica y tranquila localidad mallorquina resort de Port de Pollença. Está a solo 300 m de la playa y cuenta con una tranquila piscina comunitaria y un jardín privado.

    Este luminoso departamento de dos dormitorios dobles está situado en la animada y dinámica zona de Gotmar, a solo 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Hay un montón de bares y restaurantes a un paso, incluido un café estupendo y acogedor justo debajo. La playa está a 2 minutos andando, al final de la calle.

    Cuenta con un salón-comedor diáfano que da a una terraza privada cubierta con muebles de exterior. Es ideal para tomar algo o cenar al aire libre con unas vistas preciosas a las montañas.

    El departamento ha sido completamente reformado, con una cocina diáfana de alta gama y zona de desayuno, además de camas nuevas y mobiliario moderno. En la zona de salón hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 42" con conexión a Internet y reproductor de vídeo.

    El departamento cuenta con dos cómodos dormitorios con amplios espacios de almacenamiento. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y el segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales. El salón también incluye un sofá cama doble. La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios: lavadora, nevera-congelador, etc., para que disfrutes de tus vacaciones. Se proporcionan todas las sábanas y toallas de baño. Además, todo el departamento dispone de aire acondicionado.

    El complejo cuenta con dos piscinas comunitarias: una para niños y otra grande para adultos, así como tumbonas, aparcamiento para bicicletas y plazas de aparcamiento para coches justo enfrente.

    Justo enfrente tienes acceso a las instalaciones del spa de Fergus Style Pollenca Park Hotel.. Ofrecen entretenimiento gratuito por las tardes, además de pistas de tenis e instalaciones de fútbol (con tarifa local).

We felt at home during our stay in the apartment in Port de Pollença and appreciated its close proximity to the beach and many restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped. What we liked most, however, was the pool and the quiet, friendly neighbourhood.The contact with our host, Simon, was always friendly, fast, and uncomplicated.

Lejligheden var skøn, to gode værelser, et nyere og velassorteret køkken, en hyggelig balkon, aircondition og en dejlig pool. Området er fantastisk, gåafstand til strand, restauranter og indkøb, vi nød virkelig byen. Alt i alt en virkelig dejlig ferielejlighed. Dog trænger poolområdet nok til nogle nye liggestole.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. It was a perfect size for our family of four and nice and clean. The air conditioning worked well and it was great to have a kitchen and balcony. It was only a short walk to the beach with several small supermarkets along the way and then plenty of restaurants once we got down to the beach. We also enjoyed retreating to the pool in the afternoons when the wind picked up on the beach. A great base for cycling as well!

We had a great holiday at this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. It is close to everything you could want but set back from the hustle and bustle so nice and quiet. It was easy to find and also clean and tidy.

This was a great apartment: it was clean, well resourced and the pool was lovely. The location was very convenient to access the facilities of the town and the beach. If you like vegetarian food, Bella Verde, is an excellent choice. The food was delicious and the location was magical ( a courtyard under a canopy of fig trees and fairy lights).

Stylish apartment with wide open views

A clean modern apartment with a sunny balcony looking out over the mountains and across the fields. And it has a very comfortable bed. Had a lovely stay cycling and relaxing.

Great apartment

We stayed here 3 nights, it is a great place near the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, stores. Close driving distance to Pollenca town and Alcudia. Perfect for me and my daughter. Apartment is clean and quiet. Pool is very nice.

Super stay

1st time visiting the area (hope to get back). Very well located flat 150m or so from the beachfront - well appointed accommodation (dishwasher being the only thing 'missing' but I think the kitchen space is used well already) and comfortable for our week stay.

Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment

The apartment is light, bright and well-equipped. Efficient air con and good wifi. The apartment complex is quiet and within easy walking distance of the centre. The pool is an added bonus. We've been visiting Puerto Pollensa for many years and this is one of the best places we've stayed.

Excellent location and very well equipped apartment. Pool area was very quiet and all other residents were lovely and respectful. Local bars and restaurants on the same street and the more central part of the town is an easy walk away. Beach was just down the road. The bedrooms were of similar sizes - ideal for friends or family. Loved it 😊

Séjour très apprécié!

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour à Puerto Pollenca grâce a l’appartement. Grandeur bien adéquate pour une famille avec enfants de 3 ans et 5 mois. Il était très bien équipé et très bien situé pour les activités. Piscine et plage à 5 min à pieds… wow! Un peu bruyant en soirée car situé juste à côté d’un grand hôtel par contre. Je le recommande!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property in Puerto de Pollenca and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the beach, local shops, and restaurants were about a 1km walk, while offering a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area - especially cyclists.

Fantastic stay

Our holiday at the apartment last week was great. Simon was very responsive to messages prior to our arrival and checked in again when we got there. The apartment is in a brilliant location in a small complex on the first floor. They have thought of everything and more that you will need. Its very comfortable and spotlessly clean with nice furnishings. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Difficult to….

Highlight any negative. Clean well equipped apartment in our favourite area. Stayed 2 weeks, cleaning service half way through, air con was welcomed and kitchen had everything needed for a self sufficient stay if that’s your thing. Would certainly return.

Fantastic!

We have just returned home from a one week stay in this lovely apartment. It was exactly as described and the arrangements for access. etc were all smooth and well communicated. It is located in a great spot, for the beach and Puerto Pollensa generally and the apartment complex itself was also great! We enjoyed the pool and cycling bar/cafe was also a lovely friendly spot for an afternoon beer. We would love to return and would highly recommend ! If you haven’t been to Puerto Pollensa -is a beautiful, quiet resort - perfect for a relaxed break.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. A great location just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful seafront of Port de Pollenca with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. There was a beautiful communal pool which never got too busy. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen for self catering, a lovely balcony and good cable channels to suit all. Simon was a great host with clear instructions and quick to respond to any questions. There was an issue with the air con just before our trip but it was resolved immediately. We had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Superb stay in Puerto Pollensa

The apartment is super. Everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing holiday whether you go for a few days or a couple of weeks. It is near the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. We had a car but can honestly say you don’t need one, as the apartment is in such a good location. It is very clean with an exceptional large comfy bed in the main bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space, a good shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It is also nice and quiet. What more could you ask for. Communication with Simon is excellent and will definitely book again for our next visit to PP. Thank you Simon 😀
