This cozy apartment is a duplex with large terraces on each floor with sea views. Located opposite Puerto Pollensa's beautiful marina and wide sandy beach the apartment is close to shops and restaurants. The balconies are fully furnished with a table and chairs, umbrellas and upstairs sun loungers may be found. The apartment terraces are ideal for sunbathing, dining or just watching the world go by. With lovely sea views and the beach steps from the entrance.

Inside the apartment itself is set on two levels. The first floor consists of a newly refurbished (2019) lounge / dining room with satellite television and DVD player. From here the first of the terraces is accessed. A newly fitted kitchen comes very well equipped with electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. On this floor there are two newly refurbished (2019) cozy air conditioned bedrooms; (one with double bed and one with twin beds), a newly fitted shower room and an additional separate toilet.

A further modern master air conditioned bedroom with double bed and newly fitted en suite shower room is found on the floor above. A large secluded balcony is accessed from this bedroom with sun loungers and sea views.
