Townhouse Can Felip by SunVillas Mallorca

  • Esta moderna casa está ubicada en una de las entradas de Pollensa con fácil estacionamiento y una excelente ubicación para visitar la ciudad de Pollensa y sus alrededores.

    Es una casa familiar típica mallorquina del siglo XIX (registrada en 1875) con materiales de construcción como piedra, arenisca, madera (pino y ciprés) y pisos tradicionales mallorquines.

    Completamente renovado en 2004, respetando la distribución y los materiales originales de la casa, restaurándolos y dando importancia a su simplicidad característica del estilo mallorquín.

    La casa tiene tres pisos de 100m2 cada uno, con un patio de 70 m2. En la planta baja hay un vestíbulo, una cocina, un comedor, una sala de estar y una pequeña despensa ubicada debajo de las escaleras. La piedra de fondo es típica de las antiguas casas mallorquinas.

    Hay un patio con aseo, lavadero y piscina 3mx4m. En la planta baja también hay un garaje con capacidad para 6 bicicletas y una caldera de biomasa.

    En el primer piso, con pisos originales mallorquines, hay 2 dormitorios, uno con ducha, un baño y una sala de lectura.

    En el tercer piso, con piso de concreto pulido, encontramos una suite de 50 m2 con baño con doble ducha.

    La casa cuenta con WIFI y aire acondicionado y está totalmente equipada para 6 adultos.

A wonderful house that has been sympathetically restored and has bags of charm! The pool is a welcome oasis at the end of the day, as is the air conditioning. The house is situated within a 5 minute walk of the main square which has an abundance of restaurants to choose from. You can also use the bus stop which is 3 minutes away to get into Port de Pollensa and Alcudia if you want. All in all a fabulous house and a great host in Josep!

What a great house! Lovely design touches everywhere. A short walk to the centre of town with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. We were a party of only four adults so rattled around in the enormous rooms. We had no problems parking nearby every day. The host, Josep, was always prompt in dealing with any of our questions and the owner was near at hand to sort things out when the top floor electrics failed after a storm. A super place to stay.

Alles top ! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmerte sich sofort, als wir ihn baten das große Sonnensegel im Innenhof aufzuhängen. Die Lage ist auch gut um in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen. Lediglich die Straße, die unter 2 Schlafzimmern entlang führt ist sehr laut. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Woche in Pollenca.:-)

Fantastic House with very Personal touch

Super equipped kitchen, Tasty furmiture, a lot of Space, very responsive and friendly host, comfortable beds.

It's was ok ..

The property was ok ..top of the house great apart from no towel hooks at all !! So it was very difficult to find anywhere to hang them , but we was disappointed with the next level down , the bedroom with twin beds and a.c. had had one bed removed ??? So two ladies had to use the twin room with no air conditioning, very uncomftable, the other double bed was so noisey it continiously squeaked wenever you moved ! ...also what we couldn't understand was the whole house was full of personal paperwork and bits and pieces, I guess at least 60 % of the cupboards and drawers were already full , it was as if we were sharing with other people !!! ..the outside area had a table that was so unsteady we could never of eaten outside and chairs that were falling apart , the outside toilet smealt terrible , ...we had 1 towel each and a small hand towel ..not good enough I am afraid , .the crockery in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use it , and the floors upstairs were dirty .....the positives are ..bathrooms were ok , and the pool was nice ...but we played a good amount of money for this house and it really wasn't good value , we loved pollensa and will be back next year but not to this property ...but we went out a lot and in general had a great time ..just a shame we didn't look forward to coming home ....i wouldn't rent it again.and no contact from the rental company, not even an information pack , shame because it could of been so lovely

Beautifully renovated town house 5-10mins walk from central square in Pollenca

We spent a very enjoyable week at this property on the edge of Pollenca old town. The entire property was beautifully done with an amazing private outside area at the back with private plunge pool, great BBQ, enough lounge seating for all 8 of us and sun until 8.30pm. We stayed in the most impressive bedroom at the top of the house with double shower and very comfy bed. The owner was very helpful in replacing the broken washing machine. Pollenca is a great little town, lovely boutique shops and good restaurants. My only small criticism was there was no air,-conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Thanks for s great week

Fantastic!

We have just arrived home from spending 2 weeks at this fabulous townhouse. The location is perfect, being so close to the main square, and the facilities in the house were spot on too. The pool area is really lovely as are all the separate seating areas. It was lovely to be able to pick a fresh lemon each day from the tree!

Perfect house !

Ideal house very well located in the village, The house is very comfortable and clean. The garden is lovely with lots of plants and trees, the swimming pool is large enough and we really appreciated the differents areas ! The manager is extremely helpfull. I hope we will be able to come back very soon !
