“Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.”

“Grundsätzlich eine schöne Finca mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Toller, großer Pool, gepflegte und großzügige Außenanlage mit liebevollen Details. Angrenzend eine schöne überdachte Terrasse mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Drinnen große Küche und Wohnbereich auf versetzen Ebenen.Nachteilig sind jedoch die etwas kleinen Schlafzimmer, wenn man nicht als Familie sondern als 3 Paare anreist. Auch das kleinere Bad für 4 Personen passt dann nicht so gut und sollte mal demnächst modernisiert...

“We had such a great time in Claudia’s house. The house is very spacious and with a lot of nice details giving it a fantastic and unique character. Spending the afternoons at the pool with the view over the mountains felt truly amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also an outside kitchen that we enjoyed a lot. Nearby is the village of Pollenca which is also very cute and that has a great food market every Sunday morning.”

“We had a great holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The location for us was fabulous. It’s secluded but still within 10 min drive of beaches, restaurants and shops. The pool and outdoor facilities are great. The en-suite had been modernised since the listing photos were taken which was nice. Several rooms indoors will also benefit from some modernising, especially the kitchen (no dishwasher) and the downstairs bathroom. This would make a great villa into a perfect villa!”

“My friends and I visited Mallorca from Madrid and wanted to stay somewhere outside the city. We loved our stay here overall, and the house was a great price for how large and beautiful it was. The reason I am giving four instead of five stars is due a couple issues. There was some miscommunication with the host regarding a cleaning fee. We were okay with paying the cleaning fee but it was not made clear at the time of booking that there would be one, and this cleaning fee was paid directly to...
