“Place was fine the kitchen was a bit rough but okay for our purposes, The GPS stopped us at the first house wish it took us down the lane further because we stopped at 116 and it was confusing Took a trip around that house saw the chickens and garage. Panic!!! But finally found it. I think we would rent next year. Especially since we would know where we were going. ”

“The owner made every part of our stay so simple and easy. The cottage is upscale and coastal furnishings- fabulous small kitchen and appliances. All linens and bedding first class- plus spotless. The neighborhood is charming - loved sitting in the deck in the late afternoon and evening enjoying the bird songs and quiet. Not far from the beaches at all. Easy drive and friendly people everywhere. The owner recommendations were spot on. Strongly recommend staying here if you are in the area! I hope...

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist"...
