If you are looking for a quiet place to spend your relaxing holidays, near Lake Garda, then Villa Sinfonia is perfect for you!

Completed in 2017, this spacious villa is located near to the center of Polpenazze and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Furnished with care and attention to the smallest details, the house is set on two floors.

At the entrance a large and bright living room welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a large table with chairs for the whole family or group of friends. From the living area you can directly access the balcony overlooking the magnificent Lake Garda.

The separate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances that will allow you to cook delicious meals just like at your own home.

To complete the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and a small room used as a utility room / laundry.

The upper floor has two bedrooms, one double with a double bed and a small balcony that will allow you to admire the landscape that surrounds you. A further bedroom with two bunk beds and a second bathroom with shower complete this floor.

Towels and bed linen will be provided by us at the beginning of your stay.

An air conditioning system is present throughout the house.

Furnished with outdoor furniture, the garden of Villa Sinfonia will allow you to relax while sunbathing or simply enjoying a good glass of wine during the warm summer evenings.

Your dogs are also welcome at villa Sinfonia!

In the basement you will find a convenient garage for two cars. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

The charming village of Polpenazze del Garda with its historic center, reachable in a few walking -minute, offers a wonderful view. Here you will find everything you need, from basic necessities to bars, tobacconists, ice cream shop and restaurants.

The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as big supermarkets.

Polpenazze is the ideal place as a starting point for exploring the beautiful hills of Valtenesi or most famous historical Italian cities like Verona, Venice, Milan, Brescia or Mantua.

To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
