“Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! ”

“2 noches en apartamento que cogimos por alergias de mi pareja y así poder disponer de cocina. No había utensilios: únicamente 2 tenedores pequeños 1 cuchara pequeña y 1 cuchillo de pescado. 1 sola sartén donde se pegaba todo y se levantaba el Teflon. Es como si tienes un coche pero no tiene ruedas, es decir, reservamos específicamente un apartamento para poder cocinar y no pudimos utilizar la cocina. Lo comentamos en recepción y no se facilitó ninguna alternativa.

“Really nice little resort. Staff were friendly on arrival at reception and helpful throughout. Underground secure parking came with the room. The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. The balcony was nice and overlooked the water park across the road. There was music from there during the day but...
“To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience.
The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state.
The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them .

“Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.
