“Drop dead gorgeous lake without the jammed, crowded lake houses so many other Minnesota lakes offer. Unique island location. The sauna was immensely popular with everyone. “The cabin is warm, inviting and cozy with all the modern conveniences. Even my kids will drink the water from either the tap or the fridge. Private setting, a few ATVs drove by, neighboring homes not visible or loud. Only mental note I’ve made is that the road immediately leading to the cabin is soft, much better suited to a truck/SUV than a sedan. We will drive a different vehicle next time.”

“Booked the property only a week before our visit. Super convenient access to the north entrance of Itasca State park.Some items of note: the bathroom door latch did not latch. The pillows kept falling down in the space under the headboard. The water pressure in the shower was only so-so at best. The temperature was very good.
