Rental of IRM Aventura mobile home year 2017 of 41m², new, accompanied by a fully covered terrace of 16m2 working.
Mobile home 2/6 people fully equipped including:
1 parental suite with double bed 140/190, dressing room and shower room + wc.
2 bedrooms with two single beds each and storage cupboard. Possibility of installing a cot in one of the two bedrooms.
1 shower room and separate wc.
The living space consists of an equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, complete crockery and complete kitchen kit; 1 living room with large corner sofa, television and DVD player.
Additional equipment: dishwasher / washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
The terrace consists of a modern, comfortable and modular garden furniture.
2 deckchairs available to take advantage of the sunshine on the plot.
An electric plancha.
The terrace has two accesses, the main one closed by a gate for the safety of children.

Our plot is located in a quiet, non-busy dead end, very close to the aquatic and entertainment complex (FUN ZONE).
ON SITE: aquatic complex (outdoor pools, spalsh area intended for young children, slide / indoor pool with paddling pool, jacuzzi, slide, toilets, showers and changing rooms). Numerous activities, mini-market, gym, restaurant, kids-teens club, numerous play areas in the park.
FUN PASS names guaranteeing security of access to these infrastructures.
2 adult fun-pass and 2 child-fun pass offered for stays of a week minimum.
Campsite open from February to November (closed after the All Saints holidays, Halloween entertainment). Indoor pool open from mid-March and end of All Saints holidays.
Swimming pools heated to 31 °.
Campsite located 2.5 km from Pont Aven and 5 km from the beaches.

5% discount for two weeks rented (on the cheapest week)

Provide sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as household linen (towels and tea towels).

Provide household products and sponge.
Cleaning remains the responsibility of the tenant

A deposit (by check for France or cash) will be requested upon your arrival, during the inventory. 900.00 Euros for movable property and 80.00 Euros for cleaning. They will be kept, not cashed and will be returned to you at the departure inventory if all is in conformity (general condition of the interior and exterior M-H as well as the cleaning).
