Casa d'Eva welcomes you to Pont-en-Royans, in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Isère. This 82 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 double beds. A baby crib is also available. The bathroom features a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Amenities include Wi-Fi with high-speed connectivity, air conditioning, electric heating, a fan, a television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. The interior is step-free for easy accessibility.



Outside, you can enjoy the private balcony with a mountain view. The apartment is located just a few meters from the river.



Parking is available in the street. Events are not allowed on the property. Please note that the apartment is close to a busy street, and village events may take place during summer months. Upon departure, please remove all food brought during your stay, take out the trash, strip the sheets from all beds, leave bath towels in the bathroom, close the shutters, and turn off all lights.



The apartment is situated in the center of Pont-en-Royans, a village renowned for its suspended houses, water museum, and exceptional natural setting. You are ideally located to discover the Vercors Regional Natural Park, the Gorges de la Bourne, and the Grottes de Choranche. Local experiences include guided tours of the Choranche caves, swimming, horseback riding, hiking, cycling, and visiting local markets. In winter, ski resorts are accessible within a 30-minute drive.
