“We booked and prepaid five nights but checked out after one night (30 to 31 December) because the room did not meet basic expectations. The room was generally unclean and poorly maintained. The AC did not work properly and made unusually loud noises at night. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, a cracked and stained sink, damaged taps, and at times there was no running water. The toilet cistern was leaking and made loud continuous noise. The curtain did not fully cover the glass door...
