“Place appears newly renovated, with fairly good quality materials and large rooms. Location is close to the town core - about a 10-15 minute walk. Immediate area is of older less well kept buildings and perhaps these will also participate in restoration over time - we did not feel uncomfortable walking the area, but did experience street noise, particularly the front bedroom and living room. “We loved the house and the location. The host was great to work with. The listing regarding the parking is misleading. There are no dedicated parking spots, only a tiny public parking lot. There is very limited on street parking but it is precarious at best.”
