“This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers...

“Beautiful house, plenty of room. Wish we'd had time to spend there longer than one night. Having to pay the tax at the hotel before getting the code for the house was annoying (didn't have to do that at previous São Miguel accommodations). Code didn't work but when I called, it was quickly fixed. Parking spaces were occupied so we had to park on the very narrow street. Overall, lovely, clean, huge home. Would stay again.”

“Place is ideal for getting to center of city quickly. Little noisy on corner to sleep but overall suitable for what we wanted. Property manager was super super supportive and helpful right from the beginning whish was a huge blessing!!! We stayed 4 nights which was most of our week in the Azores. “The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere.
