Waking up in the sunny parish of Canhas, with the sea stretching out to the horizon, is undoubtedly one of the most special ways to start the day in Madeira. In this area that perfectly combines rural surroundings with residential comfort, you will find all the facilities you need, surrounded by the calm and tranquillity so characteristic of the island's countryside landscapes.



Completely remodelled and recently decorated, this property was designed to provide comfort and well-being. It features three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom. The second bathroom, modern and functional, is available to all guests, ensuring total convenience during your stay.



The kitchen, also renovated, offers all the conditions to prepare your meals with ease and pleasure — from oven and microwave to coffee machine. In the laundry room, you will also find everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay, such as washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The remaining spaces in the house are distinguished by the generosity of the areas and by the abundant natural light that enters through the large windows spread throughout the bedrooms and living room. The living and dining room, in an open concept, create a welcoming and harmonious environment, with direct access to the inviting veranda of the accommodation. From there, the view extends to the ocean, which is always revealed to be calm and inspiring.



Just a few minutes away is the charming Ponta do Sol beach, one of the locals' favourites. Despite being a pebble beach, the bay with calm and crystal-clear waters provides relaxing moments. In the vicinity, cafés, restaurants and cultural spaces complete the seaside experience.



One of the great advantages of this accommodation is its natural surroundings. The rural character of the area and the proximity to several walks and levadas make this the ideal starting point for discovering Madeira on foot. Among them are the Levada Velha dos Canhas, the Levada do Moinho and the Cabo da Levada — perfect trails for nature lovers.



And even though it's in a rural area, convenience is not left out: just a few minutes' drive away, or even a short walk, you'll find a mini market, petrol station and several restaurant options, ensuring that everything you need is easily within reach.
