“I stayed only a few nights and had wonderful experience. Place is relatively easy to find - this relaxing walk through the green park was a big joyful bonus. Very clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Attention to detail in any aspect. So, it was a real pleasure to return to my room after spending a day in a busy town. Thank you Fiona and Ricardo for making my stay so special. I won't hesitate to rebook again.”

Great selection for continental breakfast in the morning in a pleasant self service dining area. Enjoyed a meal at The Plough Inn which was a short 5min walk away.”

“Staff very friendly on arrival, and the room was nice and warm. Great views, unfortunately the breakfast wasn't up to standard for me. Ive had breakfast here before and it was much better than my recent stay. Items ( hash browns ) way over cooked to the point there was no hash in it! Overall its a really nice place to stay.”

“Muy buen B&B. Annette e Ian son una excelentes anfitriones, preocupados en todo momento por hacer una placentera estancia a sus huéspedes. Alojamiento limpio, cuidado y tranquilo. La única pega puede estar en su ubicación, 145 Fulford Road, a unos 20/25 minutos del centro histórico de York, pero ésto tampoco es un problema ya que cuenta con una parada de bus en la puerta del B&B que te lleva allí cómodamente.”
