“Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la rápida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. Aconsejamos arreglar el automatismo de la verja. Carretera con mucho trafico y es dificil y peligroso la entrada y salida de coches.”

“Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See.”

“We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍”

“This house, part of which was built in the 1500s, is more than a villa: it's a total experience. The entire estate is imbued with the feel of a grander era, from the statuary in the hedges, to the manicured lawns, to the high-ceilinged bedrooms, to the artful sconces in the upstairs hallway, to the illuminated statue at the bottom of the stairs, to the magnificent views. “Zunächst einmal mega gut für Hunde: so viel Platz zum Herumtoben und Erkunden in einem sicher eingezäunten Garten, zu dem ein Park und ein Fußballplatz gehören. Und wir Menschen konnten uns super entspannen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder 😀”

“Es war alles super, nur das 3. Zimmer im Keller ist kein gleichwertiges Schlafzimmer, das Bad ist eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche mit Clo und Dusche. Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und gut betreut. Gruß Christine”

“Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa!”

“Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Aufgrund der fehlenden Hausnummer gab es zunächst Schwierigkeiten, das Haus zu finden. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut gepflegt. Leider war das Metallbett etwas wachelig und sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht regeln. Da es während unserem Besuch relativ kalt war, war es auch in der Wohnung ziemlich kühl.”
