The bedrooms The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a large flat screen TV perfect for relaxing on a Sunday morning. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed - this can be set up as a twin on request.
The kitchen and lounge The modern and well equipped kitchen offers a delightful space to prepare food. The open plan layout means that nobody gets `stuck in the kitchen` and cooking becomes a joy when you stay at this property. The bay window in the lounge allows light to flood this room, creating a lovely atmosphere to enjoy breakfast at the table in the morning. The lounge area offers extremely comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV.
The bathroom The recently renovated bathroom is clean, bright and modern. There is a rainfall shower head for the ultimate in luxury.
Outside There is a safe and secure spacious outside area with seating for you to enjoy. Please note that this is a free communal area and is shared with 2 other properties in the same building.

Ashley Cross is one of the area’s prettiest suburbs, brimming with excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. The best places that will be worth a visit during your stay would be the Dancing Moose, The Britannia, Drgnfly, Pulcinella, The OX Pub and Camden Bar.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay. - The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance) - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning - Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am. - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
