“Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Mai. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es bietet einen fantastische Aussicht auf die Hügel und das Castello Nipozzano. Auf den Fotos nicht gut zu sehen ist die schöne Terrasse am Haus. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und hat vor allem unserer Tochter sehr gefallen - genau so wie die Pfauen auf dem Gelände. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“This place has it all. A wonderfully furnished, welleqipt and spacious house. A beautiful and large garden. A lovely pool. And last but not least a stunning view from all parts of the property. Add to this a very kind and helpfull housekeeper. We had two wonderfull weeks and would love to come back. Do not miss a visit to Anghiari which is a village out of a farry tale or the L’Osteria in Aboca down the road - one of our very best restaurant experiences. Great food - great service!”

“Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). “This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

“Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie (Kinder 1-6 Jahre) eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und dem riesigen Gelände von Santa erleben dürfen. Der Garten ist eine echte Oase, quasi nicht einsehbar und perfekt geeignet, um richtig zu entspannen. Die Kinder hatten nie Langeweile, weil es entweder etwas im Garten zu entdecken gab, oder weil man den tollen Pool aus Herzenslust nutzen konnte. Sehr hilfreich ist es, dass das gesamte Gelände eingezäunt ist.”

Unsere Tochter konnte die wichtigsten Räume mit ihrem schmalen Rollstuhl benutzen. Die untere Wohnung war im Mai sehr kühl und konnte leider nicht beheizt werden. Zum Glück wurde es in der zweiten Urlaubswoche wärmer. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm, wenn die Wohnung kühl bleibt. Daher würden wir das Haus für den Sommer...
