Relaxing Beach Side House
- Enjoy surfing, swimming and walks along a safe and child friendly beach located within meters of the front door.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second has a king single bed with a pull out trundler. Warm and sunny open plan living with a heat pump/air conditioner and its own private deck surrounded by garden and trees.
Within minutes to Porirua CBD, including Pataka museum, local cafes and more.
Wellington CBD and the cook straight ferry is only a short 25 minute car ride away or the bus stop is right out front!
Property located behind owners main house and comes with its own off street carpark.
Check in time can be negotiated.

Great stay.
This property was a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, modern and close to the ocean. The beds were super comfy, so that's a great plus!

Great bay location
Property was easy to get to, next to beach, easy walk to shops and dining, friendly owner, beautiful and comfy inside. Would stay again, the entire process was stress free.
