  • Welcome to The NW Olympic Retreat, Freshly renovated & designed for a comfortable stay. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath home just minutes away from Downtown Port Angeles. Guest will enjoy easy access to Olympic National Park, Black Ball Ferry, Hurricane Ridge, Many Restaurants & Grocery Stores.

    Our property was designed for a comfortable and cozy stay in the Pacific North West. Here you will have many amenities including WiFi.

    The NW Olympic Retreat is a great location for those looking for a quiet get away with space to catch up on work, also great for small groups of friends and families that are looking to unwind and relax and see what Port Angeles has to offer.

    Our property is freshly renovated and furnished to have a warm and cozy stay. The living Room is equipped with seating for 7 and a 55in smart tv and warm electric fireplace. Each room has a queen size bed and 42in smart tv as well. Enjoy fully equipped kitchen. Amenities that are included are:

Small but recently remodeled with fresh paint and new appliances, spotlessly clean, comfortable bedding. Convenient location for Olympic Park or Port Angeles waterfront. Would stay there again if in Port Angeles area.

Very clean house well kept and location was good and we had company every evening or in the morning the deer were in the yard every evening and most of the morning. It’s was quite. It is in a neighborhood but a good location. Had a great time.

This was a perfect stay for us. The neighborhood was great for walking our golden retriever, and it was a peaceful area with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our host was easy to communicate with and very nice. We highly recommend this place for a restful, beautiful place in Port Angeles

Beautiful home, very clean. Was a little cold and heaters didn’t seem to work in the rooms! Overall had a wonderful stay besides that and will be back!

The rental was clean and comfortable. The updates were well done. Loved the rainshower and the office workspace. Only slight issues: the washing machine had been broken by the previous renter (but there was a nice laundromat mearby) and if you turned the fireplace on high it tripped the power strip. Once the house warmed up with the bedroom heaters, there was no need for it to be on high so both small issues. I would stay here again if I was back in Port Angeles.

We stayed at this property for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was that the house had no air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the property also needs significant improvement. We noticed spider webs around the house, including near the ceiling and light fixtures. The bed sheets had several visible marks/stains, and the towels, which appeared to originally be white, had turned more of a yellow/beige color and did not feel very clean. At first glance, the bathroom seemed clean, but once it was time to shower and we looked more closely, we noticed several dirty areas that had clearly been missed during cleaning. There were also smaller issues that added to the experience, such as the remote control not having batteries. The washer and dryer do work, although they operate pretty slowly. On the positive side, the kitchen was spacious and provided plenty of room. Communication was another disappointment. I contacted the host during our stay and never received a response, so unfortunately I cannot say communication with the host was good. Overall, the property has potential, especially because of the size of the kitchen and available amenities, but it needs much better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, guest comfort, and communication. Based on our two-night experience, I would not stay here again unless these issues were addressed.

Great cozy spot

NW Olympic Retreat was perfect for 4 day stay visiting Olympic national Park. Clean, cozy, well appointed and well located for seeing many of the parks highlights! Close to town too for groceries, restaurants, nice shops. Loved it!

The immediate neighborhood was a little rundown but safe. The town and location to many great sites and hikes was very good. House was clean and well stocked. Check in and out process was very easy

Cute house in a nice location

The house was nicely remodeled. It had a fabulous bathroom shower. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The dishwasher was not working but that really didn't inconvenience us. The location was nice in that it was a quiet & walkable area of town yet convenient for shopping. There were several nice restaurants in the area. Our host was great & responsive.

Unique Budget Friendly

I recently stayed at this lovely VRBO and couldn't be happier with my experience! The location was perfect for exploring Olympic National Park and nearby attractions. We loved being just a short drive from the park and local restaurants. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive as we had to reschdule our stay multiple times. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Port Angeles.

Comfortable property close to Downtown Port Angeles

Well labeled kitchen and nice property. I would stay here again in the summer time. It was freezing when we walked in and took almost until the time we were checking out to actually warm up where your feet didn't freeze when touching the floor. Other than poor heating, this place was a win and perfect if you plan to do things in DT Port Angeles.

Short stay for wedding

Neighborhood doesn't look the greatest, but it was nice and quiet. We even had deer in the yard. House was clean and nicely decorated. Shower was great. furniture and beds could be more comfortable, not the greatest for tall people.

Great value, Great location

All of the recent upgrades to the interior of the house are very well done. The kitchen and bathroom are in like new condition. Will be nice when the dishwasher is fixed, but understandable that it's a work in process. The street and neighborhood are nice and quiet. Will definitely stay there again if available.
