“The first two days of our stay we did not have electricity. City came out to inspect twice and found no problems on their end, and then an electrician came and resolved issues. After electricity came on the stay was nice. Management company didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. ”

“Quiet. Quick access to Sea Rim and Sabine Woods. Clean. Glad there is a gas station close by. Not too far from activities/restaurants/ full grocery stores in Nederland/Port Arthur/Orange”
