The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living space and is designed for practical everyday use. The first bedroom on this level features 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with WC and a separate shower or bath facility.
