This pet‑friendly beach house includes a fenced yard that is perfect for kids and pets, fresh linens with all beds made before arrival, and towels provided so guests can pack light.

Inside, the well‑equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking (no food, condiments, or seasonings provided), and the large utility room makes beach trips easy. The living room offers comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the sand. Downstairs, the patio is a favorite hangout spot with a charcoal grill and plenty of space to unwind.

Crabby Cove also offers ample off‑street parking with room for trailers, plus easy beach access just a short walk, golf cart ride, or car ride away. Guest Requirements
Guests must be 25+ and staying for the entire reservation. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance.
Parties & Behavior
No unapproved parties or events. Please respect the neighbors at all times. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal with no refund.
Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval and must stay off all furniture. Please clean up after pets and keep them supervised at all times.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

Safety
Follow all safety guidelines and supervise children on decks and stairs. Use only the top lock when entering.

Trash & Cleanliness
Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins.
If the outdoor trash cans are full, leave tied bags inside the house so critters don’t get into them.
Rinse off sand at the outside shower before coming inside.

Please let us know if anything stops working.
Please let us know if any lights are not working.

Checkout
Before leaving, tidy up, remove trash, rinse off sand outside, and make sure you have all personal items.
