My Story

After spending many years as a housewife to a NASA engineer, life took me in a completely unexpected direction. I lost my beloved mother to cancer, went through a divorce, and spent 18 months searching for the right path forward.

Eventually, I decided to take a leap of faith and embark on a new journey in real estate and vacation rentals.

I named this home Villa Annette in honor of my mother. She was the person who first taught me about real estate, business, love, resilience, and so many of life’s most important lessons. Building this home and welcoming guests into it has become much more than a business for me—it is a way of carrying a part of her legacy forward.

I launched my short term rental just eight months ago, and I’m incredibly proud to have earned Superhost status, a 4.95-star rating, and 44 reviews in that short time.

Now I’m excited to bring Villa Annette to VRBO and continue sharing this special place with travelers from near and far.
