Lovely home VERY close to beach

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay. The home was clean, conveniently close to everything and had plenty of space. You can see the beach from the deck and are 1 minute drive from the entrance. The owner was wonderful and communicated quickly.

This place was perfect for our family! Each family member had their own room (full of adults and kids) and it was spacious enough for all of our kids to play while we prepared each meal. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and super close to the beach! Not even a 2 minute walk and you’re swimming in the ocean! I cannot speak highly enough about the hosts and how efficient they were with the entire check-in / check-out process. Very simple instructions and super responsive! If we ever go back to Crystal Beach, we will definitely be staying in this house again!

East Bay Fisherman’s Getaway

A friend of mine and I looked tirelessly through VRBO beach houses and we couldn’t resist what we found. We arrived at the beach house and it was extremely neat organized and clean. The amenities, soaps, bathroom, shampoo, towels, coffee pots were very meticulously chosen with very good dishwashers washers and dryers good water pressure in the showers and all of the details were covered and well maintained..

Great stay for husbands birthday

Easy checkin. Communication with owner excellent responded quickly to every question I add. Property clean. Ac worked unbelievable especially during a heat advisory Celebrated my husbands birthday with our grown children and friends. Lots of room for everyone. Everything we needed was there and easy walk to beach.

Perfect Beach House!

The home was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a perfect vacation. The well-equipped large island kitchen made it easy for cooking and gathering for meals. The ladies in our group especially enjoyed the thoughtful touches like illuminated mirrors for makeup and sit down vanities for getting ready in the mornings. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean as well. The host was very quick to respond and communicate about our stay and we had zero issues. Overall a perfect house for families or friends to relax and be close to the beach!

Great location, clean property, exactly as described

The house has everything you need and strikes that perfect balance between being clean and comfortable and well decorated without being fussy. Finishes, furniture and linens are all fresh and its bright and welcoming but nothing is so fancy that you can't relax. Owners are friendly with great communication. Clean up rules are simple and common sense.

Perfect except for the AC

This is surly a one off as the house was in great shape and well maintained. Everything was awesome until the ac stopped cooling first night. Contacted property management and they had a technician there within 30 minutes. Tech finished and said we were good. So first night was okay but cooled off. Really impressed with the speed of service. Second night, nice and cool slept great. Third night it stopped cooling again. Contacted PM again but there wasn’t a tech available. The ac thermostat went blank but the ac cycled and kept the house a sticky 78-80.I do not blame the management at all. The ac looked brand new and probably just a few bugs need to be worked out. Just really puts damper on things when the one thing you want after a long hot day is a functional HVAC system. Especially with 6 young kids. We loved the layout of the house and all details given were as described.
