The location was great for our family as we love to venture over to Boca Grande and take day trips to the few beaches that are close to Rotunda. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for long walks.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking so easy. My family loved it, and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

A lovely three weeks, with great weather, and my family joining me. The villa answered all our needs, but there are some areas that need addressing for future guests. The sight of weeds on the tiles leading to the front door didn’t bode well, but having to weed the lanai as well ,was not up there with what I have come to expect in this immaculate collections of properties that entice us Brits to come back again and again. Will was very helpful with all my queries, but I think his villa manager needs to spend more time preparing the villa to the standard I have come to expect after many rentals in this area. The fact that I had to buy a beach umbrella for my grandson ( those provided were all broken) showed the lack of preparation for my occupancy.These criticisms aside, the villa provides all the equipment and facilities you need to make your stay memorable in a peaceful and enjoyable environment.Attention to detail ( like cleaning all the cobwebs round the front door) would make all the difference !

Boca Grande is a wonderful property and was well suited to our family of 5 (2a, 3ch). The pool in particular was a firm favourite, brilliant size with lots of space around the poolside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host could not have been more helpful and super responsive, this was very impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Relaxing and peaceful

The property is well located and equipped with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the pool area with a good sized pool and quality leisure furniture. Very peaceful backyard with small pond area attracting lots of birds and small animals. The owner is excellent and provides hands on management if there is any issue with the house that needs to be dealt with. We are renting the house again next winter because of all the positives it has.

Great home in quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in this home in Pine Valley in Rotonda West, FL! This was our eighth winter in this part of RW and we really loved the peace and quiet of this particular neighborhood! I walked each morning and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool was lovely and is one of the largest pools we have ever had at one of our winter rental homes! The owner was very accessible and dealt with any issue that came up quickly. We love the beach at Boca Grande, the Farmer’s Market in Englewood, and the golfing at the 99 holes at Rotonda West! Would recommend this rental for any family looking to enjoy this part of South Florida!

Wonderful location for the winter holidays

This property is a hidden oasis! It really has everything you need in the rooms and on the kitchen. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was on the cold side, but the kids enjoyed it every day. If you are a nature lover, this is the place. Sitting by the pool in the morning you can see beautiful sunrises and hear the birds and if you are lucky a gator swimming by. We had a wonderful stay and Will was very responsive and made sure we had all the information needed in a timely manner. We hope to come back one day.

Great place to chill out in the sun.

The property met our needs perfectly being in a quiet private location well equipped with pond to the rear providing enjoyable wildlife watching with a large lanai and pool. The owner/host could not be more welcoming and helpful.

Amazing!!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful and at the end of a culdesac where it felt like we had so much privacy. The owners were also just great! Very responsive and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. We had 11 of us, 4 adults, one my child and her boyfriend and the rest my other kids and my nieces and we had plenty of room! Bring bug spray would be my only suggestion. Beaches and great restaurants within 20-25 minutes. Will definitely book again if we go back to that part of Florida 💕

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit . Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und hat im Vorfeld einige Informationen zu Restaurants und unterschiedlichen Stränden gegeben . Die Lage eignet sich gut um Tagesausflüge zu machen und abends gemütlich im Pool zu schwimmen oder entspannt im Whirlpool zu sitzen.

Great house for family vacation

This beautiful house is well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a great family vacation. The pool was a highlight especially for our kids. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Englewood beach which is also very family friendly.
