Asequible y espaciosa casa con piscina ubicada en un entorno tranquilo pero cerca de todo

Casa perfecta para pasar vacaciones familiares en la soleada Florida. Ofrecemos 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, plano de planta de concepto abierto, cocina bien equipada, muebles cómodos, Dish TV, internet. El trayecto a las playas locales varía de 15 a 45 minutos. Tenemos un entorno privado para que pueda relajarse por completo y disfrutar de su tiempo lejos de las molestias cotidianas. Estamos ubicados a solo una milla de muchos restaurantes, WallMart, Sam's Club, bolos, heladerías y más. Tenemos bicicletas de diferentes tamaños para su uso. Nuestro vecindario está bastante poco desarrollado, lo que lo hace ideal para llevar a su familia a andar en bicicleta. También tenemos un aro de baloncesto portátil para los juegos de tu familia. Nuestro cribado en lanai ofrece una refrescante piscina climatizada, parrilla de gas, mesa y sillas de comedor, sillones y sillas flotantes para la piscina.
El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama queen, una cama matrimonial y una individual, el baño ofrece un amplio walk-in closet, lavabos dobles, baño privado, bañera de jardín y una ducha de esquina. ¡Esta configuración funciona muy bien cuando varias familias van de vacaciones juntas!
El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama queen, el tercer dormitorio ofrece una cama queen. Hay un baño y una sala de lavandería ubicados entre las habitaciones. Hay una puerta de bolsillo que separa estas habitaciones de la sala principal. El salón principal tiene un sofá con 2 sillones reclinables, un sofá con 2 sillones más, TV, reproductor de DVD. Otro sofá con un diván se encuentra junto a la cocina al lado del comedor. La cocina también tiene una barra con 2 sillas giratorias.

Peaceful location and scenery!

Our stay at Port Charlotte was phenomenal, we had a wonderful time there, our babies/children enjoyed the pool everyday and it was a great 4th of July/Summer getaway. Cathy was very generous with our stay, very communicative and helpful, we will definitely consider this place for future stays. Thank you Cathy!

Great for families

We greatly enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the fast communication and problem solving from the property manager. House is equipped with everything a family could ever need for a vacation in Florida...my only complaint would be that the WiFi was very slow...highly recommend!

Wonderful place!

It’s our second time staying at Cathy’s place. We choose it because our kids love the pool and close proximity to all the attractions, my dog loves the backyard and my husband and I love it because it offers peace and quiet and privacy! It’s the best place to stay! It makes you want to buy a house and move to Port Charlotte!!

Wonderful for Spring Break

Amazing time! My husband and I went with our son, our friend and her son, both kids 9/10 yrs old. The place is perfect. Plenty of space for both families. Set the kids up in one room together, yet they preferred to set the extra mattress up in the living room for the TV. There was also a Murphy bed available. So there could’ve slept a few more people had we needed to! Close to Walmart, Target, Aldi, Dollar stores for any supplies needed, yet aside from groceries, anything we could’ve asked for was available. Nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. We had intentions of using the bikes available but spent most of our time at the house on the porch playing games provided while kids played in pool with the floaties and pool toys that were there for our use. Went to Venice Beach and Boca Grande; both about 40 min drive which was reasonably close. They each had a different vibe, Boca Grande was absolutely beautiful! Short drive into Punta Gorda for a tiki boat tour, which was a huge hit for kids and adults; we had dolphin sightings and one came up to our boat. TT’s Tiki bar on the water is one of our favorites to hang out for drinks while kids play outdoor games.Used the grill provided for dinner one night and also ventured out to the Twisted Fork a few times, for dinner and drinks and live music. Location was centrally located to anything we wanted to see/do, yet not as crowded as Fort Myers area spring breakers. We are already talking about booking again. Loved our stay!!

Overall a decent experience. Not pleased with garbage issue and wasp issue

Overall a decent experience. We arrived Sunday when entering the home the process was simple but we smelt garbage immediately when entering the home there were several wasp nests on the roof of the foyer entrance. When entering the garage both garbage cans were over flowing with trash and could not be placed out until Wednesday. And the ants on the kitchen counter were impossible even with traps all over the counter and floor and we cleaned the counter tops constantly trying to rid the ants. It was a beautiful open house the beds were very comfortable, the pool water was warm and perfect temperature, the bedrooms were very spacious. The beach towels and other accessories was a blessing. Other than the few small issues it was accomidtable to its description.

Amazing home!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Cathy’s home! Our kids loved the pool and the back lanai area! The location was great close to stores, but the location made it great to go to many beaches we hadn’t been to before!

Relaxing!!!!! Her house is so quiet . There are only trees surrounding the sides and behind the hou

If you want quiet and peacefulness stay here! I especially loved her pool. I read 4 books while walking back and forth in the pool.. The home was very close to shop and beaches. Everything is provided for you. Even access to her garage to park your car. I would definitely rent from Cathy again. But, hopefully my house will be finished by the holidays. Thank you Cathy! Have a great summer Hope to meet you this winter.

Loved it

My family enjoyed the stay, kids loved the pool and outside backyard and my dog loved it all the space for him to run and play! It’s not far to the beach and stores and restaurants and we follow owner’s recommendation for ice cream place. Overall best vacation ever!

Wonderful Family Trip

We came down to Port Charlotte to see my brother in law and his family. We rented this house and loved every minute we spent there. The home was so beautiful and was setup to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My kiddos loved playing in the pool out back. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts are amazing and have great communication. We highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the area. Close to so many beaches as well!

Great house for family vacation

Everything was as described. The house was clean, nicely decorated and organized. Great place to spend your next vacation. Takes just about 30 minutes to get to the beach. We enjoyed it very much!
