Vanessa was great to work with, and the place was very clean when we arrived. The stained towels that were hanging in both bathrooms were addressed immediately — definitely appreciated that.Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues with the property itself. The refrigerator makes a loud growling noise every 40 minutes, the kitchen faucet isn’t installed correctly, and both sets of sliding doors are hard to lock. There’s light coming through the front door, and so much light comes in from the garage are at night that it’s bright enough to read by. The main bedroom door doesn’t close, the drawers in the master bathroom don’t open, and the “mattresses” are actually just box springs in the guest room and the main bedroom is 4 inches of cheap foam. The hall bathroom leak is being worked on, but both showers have handles and heads that are off-center and incorrectly installed. (This was verified by a plumber who came in to check on the initial leak) The door from the garage to the pool doesn’t feel secure, the dresser mirror is mounted on a different wall than the dresser, and there aren’t enough outlets. Also, there’s an iron but no ironing board, the guest room closet door doesn’t close, and the master bathroom is missing a sink stopper. The pool is very old and even though it was cleaned weekly, it had some serious aging spots.Overall, very clean and managed by someone pleasant, but the property needs quite a bit of maintenance and attention to detail before it can really
