This house was perfect for our wants. The home and pool were clean and the pool was just right temperature wise. Laid out exactly as presented. Beautiful washer and dryer set. The kitchen was had everything we could imagine need and we used the gas grill for a few meals! Plenty of pool towels!! George is an excellent communicator with quick responses, suggestions on restaurants to reaching out to make sure we had everythign we needed.. Excellent location for beaches. We hope to be back soon!

Could not have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful place. Quiet neighborhood yet close to a lot of places. The pool was an exceptional bonus. Had a spacious deck with large patio to sit and eat our meals and enjoy the day.Host responded to all questions/ requests very quickly. Wish we had taken more pictures. Yes, we will be back!

This secluded place was our best VRBO stay so far and we have been from Maine to Hawaii. Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed the outside pool area daily after checking out nearby areas. Its surrounded by palm and pine trees. From pool area, you could see a few roof tops but beautuful vegetation kept you very secluded. Would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here again.

Simply Fantastic!! Take some time to read the previous reviews… They are spot on. The house, the pool and the peaceful location literally made our stay one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. The owner/host, George, was extremely kind and was super quick in getting back to us when we had questions or needed some area recommendations. We highly recommend this awesome property and the superb owner. Everything was simply fantastic!

5 Stars!!!!The previous reviews were very accurate! I have found that taking the time to read reviews has worked out great for us in the past with VRBO. I would highly recommend this house! It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it would be great for our entire family, however, this time it was just me and my husband. They had more than any other VRBO that we have stayed....there wasn't anything we looked for that wasn't there. This included anything you would need for the beach - beach towels, wagon, umbrellas, floats, chairs, coolers. The pool and outdoor area was amazing with 3 ceiling fans (if it is hot). Several of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room doors open up to the patio. If you are looking for restaurants in the area, we recommend Farlows on the Water, Locke and Key, Lighthouse Grille, Sharky's on the Pier, and Sandbar Tiki & Grill. Several of these restaurants you can make reservations if you visit during busy season. I don't think you will be disappointed if you stay here. George, the owner, was just a call/message away if we needed anything. Safe Travels!

This place was perfect. This was our second time staying here because we loved it so much. The pool is amazing. The house has everything including beach chairs, bikes, a wagon, a high chair, umbrellas for the beach and so much more.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Port Charlotte. The vacation home was the best we've ever had.The owner was always available to answer any questions or solve any problems. Thank you so much for that!The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Many shops are nearby. Our day trips to Florida were also easily accessible from Port Charlotte.The house is very spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A highlight is the large pool with an adjoining terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner every day.We would love to vacation in this vacation home again next year!

Great stay wonderful house.

We had the best time. The pool was wonderful. The kids had a blast in the pool with the basketball hoop. House had everything we needed and is close to all the stores you would need. Had a lot of stuff for the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, sand sifters, coolers and a beach wagon to haul everything. Would highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay there again. George the owner was wonderful. Josh the property manager took care of anything we needed. Thank you for making are vacation easy and relaxing

Our 4th Stay. This home is everything you need. Communication was usually fast less than hour return call. Just as pictured, Plenty of space, AWESOME Pool, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, Extra sheets, towels,etc. great washer and dryer, everything you need if you don't want to eat out all the time. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood, not far from stores, movies, malls, restaurants, church, you name it. Had family stop by for visits, and they were very impressed. If you want 10 Stars or more, this is your place. Thank you again George and family, see you soon.
