“Location was great. Dealing with property manager/owner (Jeff) was a nightmare. Upon arrival we found out someone was parked in our secure parking stall. Directions along with parking stall # were included in our arrival package, so we knew it was ours to use. We tried contacting Jeff upon arrival, to no avail.
