We stayed in the sky villa. Expedia promised highest floor when booking but was given mid level instead. Room is neat but not all featured room facilities are functioning. Steam room wasn’t functioning as it should and has a smell. Pte Pool is generally ok with some dead bugs. Shower gel bottle in the bath room is empty. We made our request at the front desk on check in day and the next day again requested to the house keeper when we go for our lunch when we met the house keeping team outside the next room. Request was noted but no actions were done and we return to the room with empty shower gel bottle (those that mounted onto the wall and can only open with their special key type). Thankfully we brought our own shower gel.
For both nights of our stay there, when evening comes, lots of birds can be seen resting near the balcony and pte pool area making lots of noises. The resort ought to do something to it as the noise are disturbing which lasted till night from evening. That said, bird poops are on the ledge of the balcony. We feel that the public swimming pool is not to our favor. Too bad there is no function here to upload the photos to what I have mentioned.
