“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. She was very patiencent and always with a smile ready to help.

“Staff were brilliant food by the was sensational fried Barramundi wow. Room wasn’t cleaned a couple of times during our eight days stay but were given a voucher which was great. And room was cleaned straight after bought to there attention happy hour cocktails 3.30pm -5.30pm were great 14$ staff were great thought out our star pool brilliant. Be careful of the bugs when they bite you will have nasty sores for weeks bring repellent. All in all we had a great time.”

“En general mi estancia fue placentera, tiene buena infraestructura, piscina, restaurante, bar, habitaciones comodas. Sin embargo me tocó una habitación un poco alejada y en un segundo piso sin ascensor y el último día no se le hizo el aseo. El personal fue muy gentil.”
