“The property was right on the water . We had a few issues when we arrived there was no electricity so we called the property manager who just told us to contact the gate house and suggested we went to a bar. The next morning no water and a similar response .”

“Great spot for a quiet family fishing weekend. We were able to keep our boat on the lift for easy fishing runs and the kids even caught a few catfish and perch from the dock. The shower in the second bath was a bit small (3x3') so everyone used the master shower/tub combo. Outside of that, the place had plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out and relax. We loved our stay and always love the LIV community.”

“Beautiful property with lots and lots of space. HUGE plus that it’s pet friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & fishing on the dock. Close enough to the bridge that is was convenient to make the trip back and forth to the beach as needed.Only main issues for us was that the fridge did not get very cold and a lot of the outdoor lights would not turn on, (entire second dock & where the staircases are) which could be dangerous for older adults and children.
