Horrible. El personal de recepcion muy grosero, nos corrio literal. Me atendio hablando por telefono con otra persona. Las habitaciones en pesimo estado de mantenimiento, viejo. El area de asadores super sucio y descuidado. La alberca muy sucia, un pañal de bebe, una bolsa de supermercado dentro del agua.
Estaba sucio el pañal.
No solo la bolsa. Estaba llena de insectos. No solo de un dia, seguro llevaba semanas sin limpieza

Worst night ever
Traveled 1:20 minutes to find out there was no electricity in the hotel. Had to travel back home to sleep in the cold . That was the only room available and once i paid i called to see if there was still good before i traveled. No one at office and there were people staying there but without electricity.

Buen espacio pero no la limpieza
Las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, sin embargo en la que me hospede, al llegar no olía bien y había como 5 moscas. No me generó confianza en la limpieza.

NO es en hotel para quedarse, la habitación apestaba a comida podrida, el personal es grosero y abusivo, el dueño Josh agredió a mi esposa y no quería cancelar la habitación. Para resumir: lugar sucio, viejo, insalubre con personal grosero e irrespetuoso. NO VAYAN A ESTE CUCHITRIL

Horrible servicio, pesima actitud del personal/propietarios. A mis hijos le hablaron pesimo mienttas yo no estaba al grado de asustarlos. las toallas manchadas al pedir cambio dijeron no tenian mas. Cero tolerancia al check out a pesar de hacer check in muy tarde.

No me querían respetarme la reservación.
Llegue a las 6:00 pm y me hicieron esperar como 1 hora para poder darme la habitación, la señora que me atendió no quería respetar la reservación, no encontraba mi numero de confirmación (tuvo que hablar por teléfono) y me dijo que con expedia no volviera a reservar porque batallaba mucho, me pareció que no sabia usar la computadora, porque en otro hotel que reserve el día siguiente (también con expedia) no tuve ningún problema. La habitación en general muy bien con cocina completa, pero no hay desayuno.

Lo reservamos de ultima hora, llegue y aun no estaba lista nuestra habitación... un mal inicio, pero excelente trato del personal del hotel. La habitacion era grande con 2 cuartos, las camas comodas y limpio, fue buena estancia

Hotel bien ubicado pero puede mejorar mucho
Llegamos solo a dormir , de entrada no había nadie en recepción , tuvimos que marcar para que salieran a darnos atención dado que la puerta estaba cerrada. La habitación esta bien , tiene cocineta dos tv's , sofá cama y la ubicación es muy buena , solo que no me gusto la limpieza , matamos 3 cucarachos adentro de la habitación y el aspecto del baño no es muy bueno. Para ir a dormir esta bien y el precio fue muy conveniente pero si deberían cuidar esos detalles y seria mucho mejor opción.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, cuartos amplios, parecen departamentos, muy limpio, tranquilo, seguro. El unico problema es que el personal es poco amable. Definitivamente me volveria a quedar ahi nuevamente

Escapada de fin de semana largo
En general fue buena escapade de fin de semana, ya van varias veces que nos hospedamos ahi, mis nietas felices y mi hijo y yo muy contentos con la pesca en la playa en la Isla y en el fishing pier en Puerto Isabel. Esperamos repetir la experiancia muy pronto
