The condo was fine and the view was great. The modem would not connect our phones to the internet. Vacasa said someone would come over to fix it but no one did. I called again the next day and the manager said to restart the modem. The written instructions next to the modem said Do Not reset it. We got a very small compensation (25) for no Internet for 2 days.
