Casa de pueblo en el agua con WIFI!

2 habitaciones, 2 baños arriba 1/2 baño abajo. Cocina completa, lavadero exterior, acceso a la piscina y agua con 2 muelles compartidos (2 muelles se comparten entre otros 6 condominios y se asignan por orden de llegada). A poca distancia de Hurricane Junction (bar / restaurante), a la vuelta de la esquina del centro de pesca y la rampa para botes. 1 reina en el maestro, 2 gemelos en el segundo dormitorio con colchones nuevos, el sofá se retira para dormir 2 con ropa de cama adicional. Traiga a la familia / amigos, y se proporcionan alimentos a todos los demás. TV por satélite de Dish Network con tolva y joey's en las habitaciones y sala de estar. Arriba y abajo balcones. Recientemente instalado nuevo refrigerador en el piso de arriba, actualizaciones de lavadora / secadora y aire y calefacción central completamente nuevos. AHORA TENEMOS WIFI !!!!

Perfect location, perfect amenities for the “fisherman”. Use of boat slip and the pool were spot on!

Propert was clean did have a couple minor issue closet door broken but didn’t need anyway. Comfortable accommodations would definitely stay again.

Place was decent. Furniture couch and chair extremely dated. Wi-Fi did not work. Need coffee pot. Several lights burned out.

Parking was really the only issue for us thanks to Ronna & Dwayne

The one thing that was not ideal is the parking of you have more than one vehicle with a boat and trailer . Neighbors were not the friendlest but Thank goodness Ronna and Dwayne for letting our son park his truck over there a their business. Other than that it was ok. Need more kitchen rags and towels we would definitely stay ther again

Terribly dirty

Terribly dirty. Air filters were black with dirt. Carpet filthy. Disposal didn’t work. Master bedroom closet door off railing. Staircase at front door broken. Furniture sagged and had torn fabric. Overall not up to VRBO standards in any manner. I left 3 days early, because of unhealthy conditions. Please consider a refund.

4th of July at POC

neighbors are very rude and NOT happy with this owner renting the condo. They were confrontational and basically were short of picking a fight. Boat slips are supposed to be first come first serve but the neighbors do not allow renters to use the shared slips. I notified the owner but since they are remote there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this rental. I own a home in POC just needed this rental for over-flow guests, was NOT worth it at all. We didn’t feel comfortable even using the pool.

Great Getaway

Check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location, as well. The owners were very responsive. I would definitely recommend & I hope we can come back again!

Poc weekend

Great location. Home is a little older but we did not mind. Kids liked fishing off the pier and getting to swim in the pool too.

Waterfront But Boat Slip Not Guaranteed

The property is an old one but the interior was pretty clean and comfortable. If you’re planning to bring a boat, be warned that a boat slip is not guaranteed as six units share two slips that are first come first serve basis. The pool is between this unit and the canal, so there is no boat slip tied to this condo. This isn’t clear in the listing. Due to the age and potentially limited boat slip access, I think the price was too high for this rental.

We’ll be back

This was the perfect setup for a great weekend fishing POC. The shared slips were always available for use and the owners were easy to reach and got right back with us.

Great location and good Wifi

Condo was conveniently located near the boat ramp and we got to use the shared boat slip everyday we stayed there. The A/C in the condo worked amazing and the pool was nice and clean. Super easy check-in and check-out process. The condo is in need of some cleaning & repairs but the condo owner was very polite and said they would be taking care of fixing and cleaning the condo.
