  • Charming beachside vacation home conveniently located within walking distance to beach, dining, ice cream, shopping, putt putt golf and many other amenities. It’s just a few minute walk to deck down under with great seafood and the best views on the intercoastal waterway Halifax river. Also within walking distance is Jimmy Hulas, Dunes Brewery, Dairy Bar, homemade ice cream stand and Genoveses best Italian food and pizza on the beach side. Jan - Mar monthly bookings only

    Located in a quiet family neighborhood with a large fenced in back yard and patio with seating, dining and gas grill. Front porch faces intercoastal waterway canal with the best sunsets!

    Location is Daytona Beach Shores area just over the dunlawton bridge. Front of house is facing the intercoastal waterway and the beach is just a 2 block walk. House is newly renovated and fully furnished, ready for your stay!

    All rooms include iPhone chargers. There’s plenty of board games and books to read. Weber gas Grill on outside patio in fenced in back yard. SMART TVs in every room include Hulu subscription. We have done our best to set up the home so that all you need to bring is your clothes.

    We can accommodate 6 people. Please do not bring more than 6 people! For families traveling together second home available next door. See VRBO ID 20286115.

    One car garage includes a brand new washer and dryer, bikes, beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and a fishing pole.

    We have very high cleaning standards. Between guests we change out all bed linens including the mattress pad. In addition, all beds and pillows have zippered covers which are anti microbial and allergen free.

    We can often be flexible at check in upon request. For check out we would need advanced notice if a later check out would be needed. Otherwise we usually have a house cleaner already scheduled at 10 am check out time.

    If you are bringing a pet please be sure that it is 20 pounds or less and e-mail me with pet info so we are aligned. We are pet lovers but also want to avoid large or aggressive breeds and multiple dogs.

We have stayed at this house multiple times for family vacation and have never been disappointed. The host is great, the home is always extremely clean, and nicely decorated. Location is great, quiet neighborhood in a great location with beach access a couple blocks away, many great restaurants in the area. Great fishing all around. Catch fish, crabs and shrimp in the canal directly in front of the house. All beach furnishings you could need come included. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Beautiful, cozy and comfortable home located close to the beach. We stayed here because we had renovations being done to our home, so we are familiar with the area. It is in a great location, near the beach and restaurants. House is immaculate. Area is very quiet and relaxing. The homeowner provides everything you could possibly need. She was extremely courteous and easy to communicate with and check in and check out was very smooth. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in this area.

Excellent location and great vacation home. Very accommodating to our little dog and the gracious host even put up a Christmas tree for us! Home was well furnished and supplied with everything we needed.

Property was extremely nice, very clean, and great amenities. The fenced backyard and outside patio area were especially nice. Communication with the owner was very good and she was very receptive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Simply amazing!!!

Perfect location and the house was amazing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The Hostess was outstanding answered every question and was very friendly. If we go back to Daytona Beach this would be are first choice for stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood. House was perfect for us and our dog. Fenced in yard was great! Check in and out process was very smooth. Linda was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great vacation there. House was clean, had everything we needed and is in a great location. Linda was fantastic at letting us know everything we needed to check in. She even made a video on how to enter the front door and through the garage. Plus all the house and back yard. Our dogs loved staying there. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and also very close to the beach and places to eat and drink. She is probably the best host we have ever had. We loved every minute of our stay.

Perfect spot

We came to port orange to celebrate our new grand baby. Linda’s place was lovely! The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and stores. Everyone was pleased!

Wonderful beach house close to restaurants and grocery store. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Beach is walkable, bikes, wagon and water toys provided. House is well stocked, clean and comfortable.

Lovely property & neighborhood

Beautiful, clean property with everything we needed. We enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood and walking to the Dunes Brewery in the evening after the beach. Short walk to the beach, and a few restaurants within walking distance. We loved the privacy of the backyard and still getting the beachy vibes. Bill & Linda were wonderful hosts!

I have been staying at VRBO properties since 2018 and this is by far the best one. The host has prepared the house for all your needs. Plenty of utensils, plates, and bathroom essentials. The property cleanliness is impeccable and by far the best I have stayed at. The host also went the extra mile to make us welcome with a bottle of champagne, sausage, cheese, and crackers awaiting our arrival. This stay was for our 34th anniversary and was a great choice.

Amazing Sunsets!

Very Comfortable home. Patio and yard were very nice and relaxing. Close to everything in area. Linda has thought of everything when stocking the home! Truley enjoyed our stay. Thank You Bill and Linda for letting us stay!

The home is absolutely beautiful with a great backyard for your for family and pets. Neighborhood is quiet and wonderful to walk through. Restaurants within walking distance too. Linda and Bill are awesome hosts. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and beds slept wonderfully. I would stay again.

Bill and Linda communicated very well. Bill met us at the property and showed us around! Great location, super clean and well stocked! Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and great backyard! Will be happy to rent again!

We loved our time here, and Linda was the perfect host! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and a lot of extras that were unexpected. She thought of everything! The home, the yard, the outdoor space, the location... all were perfect!

Great house just of the beach

Stayed here for the Christmas holiday, house was decorated for the holiday and was super well equipped from the kitchen utensils and dishes to a nice coffee bar. The TVs and WI-FI both worked well. Nice layout of furniture in the house. Also the bedding and towels were great. We will definitely be renting again.

This rentalbis extraordinary!! Beautiful, great location and every thing you could want for a vacation. Nice two spacious bedrooms and living room, kitchen, dining and sun room. LINDA and BILL were great host and gave very good recommendations. Loved it!!!

Birthday Celebration in Port Orange

My daughter and I stayed at this amazing house to be in the area for a 90th birthday party for my father. Everything about this house was perfect ! So clean, which is my first requirement and Linda was so easy to communicate with throughout the stay . The house had everything! And neighborhood very quiet. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area and highly for those looking in that location .

Home close to beach and restaurants

We were very pleased with this home at Daytona Beach Shores. The proximity to the beach was close along with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The owners Linda and Bill lived across the street and made sure that our accommodations were good for the week. They also allowed us to have our two small dogs which is a great help to us when we travel would recommend this home if you love the beach and just want to relax.

Nice house with a great fenced in back yard. Perfect for our fur babies. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to beach with everything you need. You can walk to restaurants, stores etc. grocery store is less than a mile away. We enjoyed our 2 week stay and will definitely work with Linda for our next vacation
