Your reservation includes the main lower-level home and an attached private apartment, giving your group additional space and flexibility.

Inside you'll find comfortable gathering spaces, a kitchenette in the main house, a full kitchen in the apartment, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

Outside is where this property truly shines. Relax on your private oceanfront patio with comfortable seating and a fire pit, spend the afternoon by the shared pool, or take just a few steps onto the beach to watch the sunrise, fish, surf, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze.

The owner and his son live quietly in the upstairs residence with their own completely separate entrance. Your lower-level accommodations are private, allowing you to enjoy your vacation while knowing someone is nearby if needed.

This is a classic beachfront home with a relaxed, lived-in feel rather than a newly renovated luxury property.
The owner and his son live upstairs in a separate residence with their own private entrance.
The pool is shared between the lower-level home and the attached apartment.
The ocean-side sliding glass door locks from the inside only. It is intended primarily as an exit to the beach and cannot be unlocked from outside.
This property does not have 3 masters suites: they have their own bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
