“ Brandon was very kind to allow us access to our rental early. We had just flown in from overseas and were exhausted. The condo was clean well stocked with all the necessities. We were a bit confused with parking but he helped us with that too. We had a very nice stay, were able to walk to the Market and Sky Needle. The location was perfect, easy access to everything we needed. We will definately be back!!! ”

“My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! ”

“Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. “I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. ”
