Pictures are true to property. Well furnished kitchen, we did not have to say "I wish we had packed "xyz"." Making meals and grilling was very easy. Pool is will maintained as is house. Good response from host with any questions/concerns we had. Check in was hassle free.

Great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay in Port Richey! The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to my family and convenient to get around. We especially loved the pool and relaxing backyard. The fire pit was a great touch, and the nature right off the dock was incredible. Peaceful, private, and beautiful. Overall, an excellent place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Perfect vacation home

Our family stayed at First Daisy for 5 days in April, and it was the perfect vacation home. The home has everything you need. We enjoyed drinking our morning tea/coffee on the patio by the pool, before walking down to the dock to see what wildlife was there to greet us. Although the lake is small, there are so many birds, fish, turtles, and, yes, an alligator, whom my son named “Dave.” The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to make meals, and basic cleaning supplies. There are also several board games to play, and toys and floats for the pool. One nice surprise were the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we used when we went to the beach. The neighborhood itself was quiet and safe, so we enjoyed good rest at night on the comfortable beds. We had an enjoyable vacation at First Daisy, and would recommend it to anyone.

A great family vacation!

We had an amazing week in Florida! The house was very beautiful - very clean and newly renovated. We loved having the beautiful enclosed pool, where we swam every day. Having the grass area was also really nice and we enjoyed having a campfire. The dock was beautiful and there were tons of birds there every morning. Port Richey was a great town, with the necessary amenities and lovely restaurants. We definitely want to come back again!

The entire experience was wonderful and Timothy was very attentive to any questions we had. Kitchen is very w WELL equipped, which is fantastic for making meals. House was clean and lived up to the pictures on line. Our grandchildren lived in the heated pool. Thanks for 16 great days!!!

Christmas week

We had an awesome stay for the week of Christmas! The pool was so warm and our kids went home waterlogged. The yard and the fishing were also a big hit. The house offered premium amenities. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking a holiday meal. We were in town to visit family and this location was the perfect space for us! The property manager was helpful and was easy to communicate with. Overall it was an awesome family trip!

Great family stay!

The house was fully stocked, games, fishing stuff, beach stuff, pool stuff, tons of cooking and baby items!!! They had everything we needed! It was such a great place. We loved the pool and fishing dock. Neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. We did have 4 different men stop by trying to sell things, which we didn't enjoy. We were only about a 45 min drive to all the things Tampa had to offer. We visted the Sponge Docks and state park beaches too. We couldn't have had a better trip and loved the house.

Everything we had hoped for

The house was very clean and seemed well cared for. The inside had been totally redone with new bathrooms, kitchen and appliances, new flooring. Nice quiet neighborhood and good access to the many activities we enjoyed during our 3 week stay. Tim, our contact was fantastic; the few times we had a question, he responded immediately, less than 5 minutes. The only thing we were hoping to use but never did was the fire pit. We had our s’mores fixings but the few nights that we hoped to have a fire it was just too breezy to chance it. The pool and lanai were great and got used every day. The views out the back of both the house and lanai were of the lake and island full of birds. Great place to stay, we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing property, wonderful stay

I don't have enough great things to say about the amazing stay we had at "First Daisy". When we pulled up my husband and I said it was the prettiest house on the block especially with the vivid beautiful plants, palm trees and overall landscaping. Upon entering first daisy it was immaculately clean and bright. The pictures are accurate but don't do justice, we did our walk around as we do with all rentals and were so happy this was the home we chose to stay in. Each room is spacious and set up perfectly. We only needed to use one bedroom, it was very comfy and the bedding smelled so good! Kitchen was big with all new appliances. The lanai was wonderful we were even able to sit out on the days we had some rain. The pool was awesome and each day of our trip we were able to swim day and night (it looks so cool with the party lights on too). The backyard is big and very private/quiet, we tried fishing but no luck for us. Overall, this was one of our favorite rentals and would love to come back again, our only wish is that we could bring our dog next time haha. Thank you Timothy and family for sharing the beautiful property.
