(Note! if pool heat is desired through the winter months an additional fee will be charged to cover adequate propane pool heat expense). Also included is a screened enclosed lanai and gas grill ( gas supplied)for cooking out, outdoor dining, seating, bar, 3 bedrooms ( 2 king beds, and 1 queen), 2 full baths ( newly renovated throughout) and sleeps 6.
