Only stayed one night but perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room and spacious kitchen and living room. Enjoyed the back screened in patio as well. Pool looked great but was just too cold for us this time of year. but was nice to know we had it.

The address was tough to find seeings the trees in front are overgrown. The house was nice, you have to make a u-turn on a busy road to get to the driveway. The house was large, but really needs some serious cleaning. Carpets were very stained as was the couch. The tile floors were clean but very tacky to the step. Could use some more seating in the living room as well as newer mattresses. The master was very uncomfortable, and there is a lack of shade or window coverings. My wife was scared at night with all the windows and no window coverings. We were supposed to stay a second night but decided to drive home due to the uncomfortable sleeping. Pool looked green to use and wasn’t heated and with all the rain we were getting and it becoming cooler at night, would have made it worth trying out. And we brought ice for our drinks but could not get into the freezer due to the fact the handle was torn off and it was either screwed shut or frozen shut, but we couldn’t open it.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. We liked how the host supplied plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, access to washer and dryer and had inside/outside toys and inflatables for the pool. The property was quiet and clean.

Very clean except the carpets. Also the dishwasher had a foul smell from standing water. Tried to drain but water started to leak. I did report this and other problems which was handed. The dishwasher ran until it was time to drain. Had to stop using and handwash for the week stay. While there were some minor inconveniences the stay was comfortable overall.

They gave us the wrong code to get in! It took awhile for them to respond about it. When we did get in they didn’t have toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. They texted that it would be there in 20 minutes! We had to wait about 40 minutes it was on the front porch! Three panels of the screen around the pool were missing. When I went to get in the pool it had swarms of mosquito larva Freezer had a Hugh ice block at the bottom. When placing the trash in the outside trash can on our way out- maggots!

It’s Mid.

Pros: Towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner provided Owner is responsive within timely manner It’s as clean as it can be without deep cleaning supplies Appliances work to the best of their capabilities Cons: Arrived and the pool filters/jets were not on. Tons of bugs in the pool (including a live brown recluse), no net to fish them out with (property owner did have one shipped to us via Amazon after bringing it to attention), and the awning above the pool is missing it’s net in the middle Appliances (fridge and stove/oven) are out of date- freezer handle is completely broken off of the door. Many stains on carpet throughout the entire house. Lots of bugs are getting into the house. We arrived and there were tons of flies and ants, and my husband found a live roach in the fridge. Thankfully we did not see anymore recluses or roaches aside from those two occasions mentioned above. I did let the property manager know that the area needs to be sprayed for pests and that service needs to be done to the pool. Someone came to mess with the pool while we were out and the jets were finally going. Property manager stated that they only come on at a certain time in the early AM but once the service guy got there, they were on and working throughout the daytime itself. It’s not an absolutely terrible place to stay, but the listing is a bit misleading. It has potential but really needs some work on cleanliness especially. Located on busy road as well.

someone was there on wed. when we were gone and tiny bugs in master bedroom on night stand freeze
