Arrival at this house was a disaster. Everything is worn down, there was a mold in the coffee machine, grill was dirty and broken so we couldnt use it. Ice cube dispenser didnt work also. Upon aaribval we were told that we cant use the garage, because the door doesnt work and it cant get fixed. There was a part of the screen missing, wgich fortunately got fixed a few days later, but the pool had thousands of flies in it, which we had to clean first.

We were told an hour before our 7/20/24 checkin that the garage and big outdoor grill by the pool was off limits. Truth was the grill was busted and had no bottom in it. Their backup was a small square charcoal grill. Quite the bait and switch when the photos clearly represented a large grill by the pool. Due to Delta flight issues caused by the Crowdstrike software upgrades, I was not able to make it to West Palm for my booking until late Monday morning but my family checked in on Saturday, 7/20/24 and face timed me as they walked through the property and took pictures of issues they found. They spent one night and said the beds were hard and uncomfortable except for the King in the master suite. In addition to the grill being busted the interior glass of the double pane in the stove was shattered and debris was inside the stove as well as sitting the door of the oven. There was dirty laundry in a so called laundry chute. Clearly no one had done a thorough cleaning or review of things prior to our booking. All fees were required up front with a NO refund policy period which should have been a red flag & you have to sign a rental agreement. Talk about lipstick on a pig. My family packed up all their belongs the next day and vacated the premises. We made alternate arrangements and would not recommend anyone book this property. The so call host emailed a few times with only apologies and no solutions. Do not be fooled by the pics!

Beware! While the management company was excellent, the condition of the home was filthy! Dirty cupboards, windows that were so filthy they couldn’t be seen through, old food left in fridge, on counters and in cupboards, dead bugs on window sills, pool was filthy when we first arrived, pool deck Black with dirt and old cigarette butts left behind, drain in master bathtub wouldn’t drain…and the list goes on. Not the ‘5star’ experience we were told to expect!

The house was fantastic! The pool was a hit with the family. Very clean house with plenty of room. The hosts were in contact throughout the week and were ready to help with anything! We can't wait to come back next year.

It was just a few mins down the road from where my son is living it was so convenient. My younger children loved the pool it has a beautiful view. I wish the washer had been working even though they let me know a couple hours before our stay it was still an inconvenience. I also didn’t care for the weird smell in the master shower.

In early May I started planning a four-day weekend to celebrate Memorial Day with family and friends in the Jensen Beach, Stuart area of Florida. Even though I live in Miami I love this area’s beautiful clean beaches and great people. It’s a very relaxing place. I was mainly looking for some R&R, a place where a family and friends can enjoy barbecuing, swimming and relaxing by the pool. It started out with just a few people but then turned into more so I needed a bigger place. I found this beautiful house with a beautiful pool and a great neighborhood at an extremely reasonable rate. I was a little hesitant at first since this house had not been rated yet but I said someone has to be the first one and maybe that will be me. I placed my reservation and within hours received a positive response back. It was great to hear the place was still available. The owner just wanted to know a little bit about me etc. I thought this was great. Every time I reached out to him he reached back within minutes. The whole experience was awesome, even when I was on the property asking him questions. Anything I needed I would text and he would respond, sometimes in minutes. The house was amazing: four bedrooms, four baths, beautiful living room, dining room, kitchen and most of all what I cared about was the pool. There was the best clean, comfortable, high-quality pool furniture. The whole family spent hours and hours outside Either this owner or a previous renter left quite a few inflatable rafts, balls, etc and the kids had a blast. Sometimes it’s little things that count the most and this definitely counted a lot. The house itself was extremely clean, well laid out, plenty of towels, even paper towels…plenty of them, even high quality toilet paper etc. The location was great. It was just a few miles away from the mall, and all the major stores and dining areas. It was amazing. This was probably one of the nicest places I have ever rented and I’ll definitely be back again. This place definitely deserves a five star rating The owners and managers really worked hard and cared about me and accommodating me and my family and check out was a breeze. My only regret was I couldn’t stay longer. LOL
