Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. Issue could not be resolved by property manager as we were told to open the windows which also were...

“We enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and easy and the property is located very close to the downtown so you can walk almost elsewhere. The staff are very friendly, professional and check-in was very easy. The unit itself is very clean and just as described. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend if you're going to be visiting the Saugatuck area.”
