  • Located on the third floor of the Summer House, Unit 308, is a great place to sit back and enjoy the view. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a single level unit with and has great views of the beautiful beaches located a short walk across the street. Nicely decorated, your party of 8 will enjoy all that is offered here while on your vacation. With a fully stocked kitchen and open living space, it’s perfect for the whole family to spread out and enjoy.

    Summer House features a fantastic pool deck on the 2nd floor on the East end of the complex and comes complete with a separate hot tub and sauna facility. There is one covered designated parking space #22 all other vehicles should park on the side of the building. For your convenience, there is an outdoor wash station so that you can wash the sand away before entering the complex located in the middle of the complex at the bottom of the steps.

    You’ll never find yourself bored here…with the beach, the pool, and the hot tub This is the perfect condo in the perfect location of Mexico Beach.

    Floor Plan: Bedroom 1 - King bed and TV with gulf view full bath with double vanities, separate shower and garden tub.
    Bedroom 2 - queen bed and a set of twin bunks with a full bath with shower/tub combo.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great and our stay was just what we needed - quiet and relaxing. Unit could use some TLC (kitchen cabinet missing knob, lightbulbs need to be replaced, patio door glass cleaned) overall nice place.

Loved our stay!

The condo is very beach-y and fun! We had everything we needed. The property is very well maintained and an easy walk to the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. Overall, a great experience!

Overall it was as a nice property. Had some issues at check in and it could have been cleaner. I think maybe this is a place where the owner should spend some time there to get a feel of the property.

Absolutely perfect!

Great condo. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Can look at the ocean while enjoying the pool. Condo waa very comfortable and spaceous. Awesome view from balcony. Loved the code instead of a key. Owner was very accomodating. Thank you!

Spacious Mexico Beach Condo

Often condos have a cramped and crowded feeling but, not this unit. The unit has tall ceilings with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony is much larger than most. We found the unit extremely clean, as was the entire property. It is clear the HOA group takes much pride in maintaining this property. Beach view from balcony with beach just steps away across the street. Appreciated this owner allowing flexibility with check in day and 3-day (as opposed to full week) rental.

Family time

Overall our stay was nice. We were given the wrong check in code but thankfully that was remedied by a phone call and text. When I took my first shower I noticed sand in the corner of the shower. Our feet were absolutely black from walking around barefoot. I understand that things will be dirty, however I would suggest they look for another cleaning company. The elevator was broken the entire stay and the pool was out of service for half of our stay. These two things were beyond the control of the owner, but definitely didn’t help with vacation mode. Overall our week was good, but not great.

Family 2022vacation.

Our family stayed here for 1st 2weeks in Oct. 2022. It was our second year staying in this unit. 201. We love it. Roomy, clean , nice view, and best part right beside the pool.

Perfect July 4th trip.

We couldn’t ask for a better July 4th, perfect location,condo,weather and away from the crowds. And even had a tiny problem and the owner was very quick too get back to us about it. We will definitely be back and rebooking here again for July 4 week.

Beautiful unit & view!

Very pleased with our roomy condo and balcony view of the ocean! It was our home for the month of February which proved to be very relaxing having family & friends visiting at times. Definitely recommend!

Great Location, clean, everything you need

Perfect beach vacation! Condo had everything we needed. Pool and Hot tub were perfect. We have been in this area on many trips and it was great to see everything nearly back to normal since Hurricane Michael.
