Everything we needed was there.

When going to the beach you want to take a cooler and there is never enough ice. This place has a separate ice maker plus the one in the refrigerator. Never brought ice. Lots of room, big kitchen, good amount of parking and lots of extras. Super nice big screened in porch with great seating.

Very nice rental

We love the house. It was clean and large. Every thing worked great. In a good neighborhood. We plan on coming back next year and hope we can get "A Wave From It All" again. Had a very slight problem getting door unlocked and the owner contacted us within 5 minutes and resolved the issue. Now that's good service. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

This home has a large kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and it is three blocks to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place to stay!

The house was plenty big and very nice. Loved the kitchen and how well it was stocked. Every pot and pan you could think of. Loved the ice machine in the kitchen, that was a huge plus. It’s a little ways to the beach but not bad. Since we had to drive to the beach we ended up going to several different beaches. We will most definitely stay here next year if it’s available.

Great stay and location.

It was nice to a fenced in back yard for our French bull dogs. The dog kennel was a surprise bonus. We didn’t have to get outs out. Nice quite location.

Great place!

This is the second year in a row we stayed at Nathan’s property and we really love it. The fenced yard is perfect for the dogs and the home is very nice. Will look forward to staying with him again next year.

Truly delightful!

We truly enjoyed this property! It was close to the beach and some great restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone. The televisions in each room (even master bath!) and the fireplace in master bath are nice touches. Thank you!

Excellent Home Away from Home

We loved the layout of this place and the screened in patio in the evenings. The close proximity to the beach and restaurants, made it an easy walk for sunsets and dinner nearby. Friendly neighbors too! Definitely, would recommend for your future stay!

A Quiet Place for Each of Us

The reservation through checkout was a great experience. Owner was very helpful in sending communication. We rented this to be near family and the location was perfect. It was large enough for all of to enjoy our own space. And had plenty of room to park the boat. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Awesome Property in Great Walk to the Beach Location

I booked this a little last minute and originally planned to stay in town. This was a nice change being within walking distance to beach and short driving distance to local attractions. Our favorite part of this house was the huge screened in porch where our family gathered to chat for hours and one even slept on porch each night except for during storm! My family also loved being able to walk directly to beach. We would definitely stay here again. Nathan very accommodating and prompt with all communication.

Great property in a great beach town!

This home fit our whole group comfortably (4 adults/ 4 children) while being just a couple of blocks from an amazing beach! The owner was great with communication and had everything in the home set up well. Great stay!

Perfect place for those who don’t want to be right on the beach but still within walking distance

Awesome place. We had room for everyone and lots of extra space. Three families with lots of areas for each. The kitchen is huge with lots of counter and cabinet space. Outdoor area was perfect. We brought a trailer with kayaks and parked it inside the fence. The shed in the back has all the beach necessities like chairs, kids toys, umbrellas, a beach cart, fishing spikes and lots of other stuff so there’s no need to have to bring any of that. Just bring your sunscreen! The screened in porch was perfect and there was plenty of parking spots. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood is quiet and laid back so there was no partying or loud music to keep you awake. We’ll be back.
