This floor has 2 guest bedrooms boasting TVs with a king bed and a queen bed, respectively, as well as a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds.

Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen’s high-end GE appliances, marble countertops, and 2-stool breakfast bar—perfect for entertaining friends or miniature taste-testers! Past the 9-seat formal dining table is a sunny living area with 2 leather sofas. *We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 60lbs each, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax.

*The HOA will not allow parking in the gravel lanes to the rear or side of the homes in this neighborhood. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the home, one under the carport and one in the drive.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
