We had a fantastic weekend staying in this apartment, the view is exceptional, and the standard of cleanliness was top draw, everything was spot on. The location was perfect being close to everything in Porthmadog and it is an ideal jump off spot if you want to explore other locations near by such as Port Meirion etc. the mountain railway is also literally just around the corner. The host was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for her, she even allowed us extended parking once our stay was over so that we could make the most of our final day. In short I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again or with another property that this host has in the area. Everything was spot on!

Absolutely wonderful apartment. Views were to die for. Loved watching the birds. The apartment had everything and more that you needed, and was so quiet and private yet within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and railway. Lovely places nearby to visit as well. Didn’t want to come home and will definitely book again. Loved it.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay the view was amazing we were lucky to get the good weather but still would have enjoyed it either way very clean would definitely stay again

The view from the lounge is wonderful. There is an abundance of birds to watch and surprisingly saw a king fisher. The stay has given us time to totally relax, would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday home. Fantastic views and spotlessly clean. Lovely costal walk with some beautiful hidden beaches. Close to all amenities and some nice places to eat. Will definitely love to return.

Great accommodation and location

Lovely accommodation and well equipped with fantastic views. Our weather was a little wet but had great fun on the Ffestiniog Railway and great eating places nearby.

The property overlooks the estuary which is stunning. It is close to town and all amenities. A relaxing retreat.

beautiful location, couldn't take my eyes off of the view, sun or cloud. Was a little dissapointed by no welcome basket, all places I have stayed in (not a hotel) have left something little/helpful. I would ask for the cleaners to check the light outside, as I arrived late at night, my battery had died on my phone, could not see the numbers on the key code...had to knock on a neighbours door (thankfully they were up)Overall, a lovely calm, peacful setting, clean, warm and quiet.

Pleasant waterside property

Very good location. Nice views over the water, walks round the town and harbour, and easy for scenic drives round the Llyn peninsular. Clean and well appointed house, and the hosts could not have done any more to make the stay more enjoyable.

Fabulous stay

The property was perfect comfortable, clean and everything you needed. The views were great and really enjoyed the different bird life, and the daily visits from the Heron. Great location and walks

Very lovely holiday cottage with beautiful sea views. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable and provided everything that we needed for our four night stay. Parking is very close to the cottage for ease of unpacking, and Porthmadog town is only a short walk away. We went on some lovely coast walks starting from the cottage, and a visit to nearby Portmeirion Village that is only a five minute drive away. A very relaxing outlook from the lounge window directly onto the sea was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning!

Ideal location and wonderful views

The property is ideally situated for touring Snowdonia and environs. It was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The view makes a wet day more enjoyable- egret and heron in abundance.

Quiet and Peaceful with Outstanding View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Situated at the end of the wharf with uninterrupted views of the estuary and harbour to the front and stunning mountain views everywhere else. The property is bijoux, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy walks into the town with a wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants.

A lovely well being retreat

This property has an excellent location for exploring coast and hills. Looking out of the window across the quiet harbour and over the water is perfect for unwinding and always has something different to see. A comfy, quiet and cosy property with everything you need and there are plenty of shops nearby. A great getaway.

Impeccable appartment with stunning views

Neat and complete, lovely atmosphere and very complete inventory. It was a dream in itself to lie in the comfortable bed with the window open and listen to the sounds of the water.
