Este apartamento aunque está situado en el centro, está lejos del ruido y la confusión de las calles más concurridas, por lo que es muy tranquilo.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Wonderful property with 2 fabulous rooftop veranda's, Everything is there that you could possibly require and if not shops are close by to buy what you need. Wonderful stay. will be going again.

3 week break Alvor

Very well equipped. Two nice terraces. Sliding doors are a bit stiff to open. Great location. Kitchen/ sitting room cold in winter and although had log burner was a bit too much to light every day. There was an electric heater .this would be fine in summer as heating would not be a problem. Flat cleaned once a week which was good. Host very nice and arranged our pick up and return with a friendly taxi driver.

Prettig, praktisch, vlakbij strand , duinen en boulevard met op zondagochtend markt. Super schoon appartement met 2 heerlijke dakterrassen. Fijne pellet kachel, wel nodig in wintermaanden.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Der Check-in war sehr einfach und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war überall Blitz sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche hat fast alles was man zum kochen benötigt (Gewürze waren nicht vorhanden) und es hat Spaß gemacht hier zu kochen! Die Matratze war sehr gut. Leider war es nachts öfters lauter als wir es uns vorgestellt haben (zentrale Lage) mit viel Verkehr, Hundelärm, Menschenansammlungen,... Sodass der Schlaf öfters gestört würde. An den ersten 2 Tagen waren auch Laute Bauarbeiten beim Nachbarn zugange, aber nach einer kurzen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war die nächsten Tage dahingehend Ruhe. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderbar, ruhig und geräumig. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir gehen mit einem guten Gefühl nach Hause!

Nice clean apartment

We rented the property for a month. The property was clean and as in the pictures. We booked the property because of the roof terraces, to relax in the afternoons in the sun Unfortunately the house next door was undergoing a total renovation, the noise was awful. Claudio did his best to help reduce the noise by asking them not to work on Saturdays and not drill in till after 10am. He also offered us some compensation. But to be honest the holiday was not relaxing.

Fantastic Apartment

Alvor my favourite town it feels like home it’s definitely my happy place. This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment and I have to say it is by far the best accommodation.we have stayed in Alvor. The location and layout is perfect & the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. There’s plenty of space and the kitchen is a great size. Our favourite part of the apartment was upstairs with the two Balconies and the Lounge we spent many a happy hour there. Top marks to Claudio his happy demeanour and helpfulness was spot on he replies to any messages or queries in record time and arranged our transport from and to the Airport with a lovely gentleman called Francisco who was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I would definitely stay in the apartment again it’s a gem.

Very nice apartment in the center

The appartment is very well situaded in the middle of Alvor, but it is very calm. It is wonderful to have two terrasses so that you always have sun somewhere. The stowe is great to have if it gets a bit frisky in the evening. The host is very, very helpful! We will come back!

Excellent apartment which is brilliantly situated close to all amenities

Apartment was spotlessly clean with a nice welcome pack. It was comfortable, very well equipped and Claudio was able to deal quickly and efficiently with any enquiries. Fire was great given we were there in February when evenings are a little cooler. Roof terraces were fabulous for outdoor eating and relaxing. Alvor is a delightful town with lots to see and do and the walking opportunities were many and varied. Thanks for a great break and we look forward to returning!

The property was excellent. Everything was there that we needed.

Our stay at this property was excellent. It was very clean and we couldn't of wished for a better location. The two roof terraces were a lovely addition. Claudio the owner was lovely and he was very helpful. Our rental car broke down on the morning we were leaving and he came out at 7am and took us to the airport.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in this very nice apt.There was everything you need and the apt is spotlessly clean.Claudio is very helpful and always on hand if you need him.The two sun terraces are lovely and we would like to stay in the warmer months to get a better use of them.The apt is in a good position for supermarket,bars and restaurants.Overall you couldn't get anything better ,
