UBICACIÓN CENTRAL, DÚPLEX CERCA DE ALBERTA ART DISTRICT !!

Interior recientemente remodelado, piso de madera recién restaurada en salas de estar y comedores
Camas Queen y alfombra nueva en los dos dormitorios, baño con bañera, cocina completamente funcional y equipada, que incluye estufa, horno de microondas, lavaplatos, nuevo refrigerador de dos puertas verticales, sala de estar acogedora y relajante con televisión por cable, ventana panorámica grande para una gran vista desde el interior de la sala de estar, calefacción central y sistema de aire acondicionado, internet, hay muchos buenos restaurantes cerca y en la ciudad le tentarán a cenar fuera).

El hermoso parque de Alberta está al otro lado de la calle, a 3 o 5 minutos, a pie del famoso Alberta Arts District St, donde encontrará muchos excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, cervecerías, aquí está
algunas muestras, Pine State Biscuits, Tin Shed Garden Café, Radio Room, famoso Salt and Straw Ice Cream, y Great Brewing, Sweet Jam's, el club de jazz Solae's y Barrel House para tomarse una cerveza y un buen vino. Great spot and we would stay again. Comfortable beds and clean. The full kitchen was nice. Lots of options for the TV. Having a parking spot off the street was also reassuring. Roy was very welcoming and accommodating.

Fantastic hosts and accommodations!

Roy and Peggy are fantastic hosts and the property is the cleanest and most comfortable (beds are great) we have stayed in! There are great restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance, and Roy gave us some great recommendations. Easy access to all highways and the airport. Will definitely return!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in maintaining this unit. The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Alberta Arts district and across the street from a park with tennis courts. We had a great stay!

What a great stay! The cleanest house I have ever stayed in and I have rented a lot of them. The hosts were right next door and were so attentive without hovering. Total pros, I would stay here again in a red - hot second. I love Alberta Dist. so much and being a few blocks off makes parking and the walk to coffee or shopping so nice. It was crazy hot in town and the house AC was easy to use and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen had every tool we needed as we are not able to be restaurant people. Thank you so much!

Fun Family Visit in Portland

Roy & Peggy were outstanding hosts: our plane was delayed, but Roy stayed up to check us in. The house and garden are immaculate; furniture and beds comfortable. The house is in a fun residential neighborhood: pretty park across the street; fun shops and restaurants about 3 blocks away.

An excellent stay

We had an excellent stay. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by Roy, the property owner who was very friendly and helpful and lives next door in case there are any issues. There were none. The rental is very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet and well located and with good internet. What more could you ask.
